How to Stay Motivated?
"Small steps today. big steps tomorrow."
Duration: 90 minutes
Interactive empowerment workshop designed to help students understand what motivates them, connect their goals to a deeper sense of purpose, and develop strategies for staying focused when challenges arise. Through interactive activities, group discussions, reflection, and real-world examples, students will explore intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, confidence, mindset, perseverance, and the importance of knowing their personal “why.” The workshop encourages students to recognize their own strengths, set meaningful goals, and leave with a clearer sense of what drives them to keep moving forward.

Interactive Student Experience
Students don't just listen—they participate. Through icebreakers, games, group discussions, and reflection, students connect motivation to their own experiences. During the goal-setting activity, each participant identifies a goal they would like to achieve, considers what motivates them to reach it, and shares that goal with another student for encouragement and accountability.
Find Your Why. Fuel Your Focus. Keep Going.
Motivation gives students a reason to begin, but developing focus, confidence, and purpose helps them continue. When students understand what drives them, they can become more intentional about their choices, work through challenges, and keep moving toward their goals—even when the excitement of starting something new fades.
